Safe and Supportive Schools: Fast Lane Learning — The Student Support Framework

This interactive one-hour session introduces the Student Support Framework and explores how proactive, campus-wide practices can improve student outcomes. Participants will build a shared understanding of key terminology, including consequences, interventions and settings, and reflect on their campus's current Tier 1 practices across the four areas of the framework. The session also introduces a Teacher Checklist for Student Support Team (SST) referrals, offering universal supports and classroom interventions to implement and monitor before considering an SST referral.
