Editorial policy
K-12 Webinars is published by K-12 Network Inc. This page explains how we decide what to list and how we keep listings accurate.
What we list
Live online sessions and recordings aimed at K-12 educators, leaders and school staff. Sessions for early childhood, higher education, international or family audiences may be listed but are tagged with their audience. We do not list book studies or book clubs.
How listings are sourced
- Organizers' own public event and registration pages.
- Submissions from organizers, speakers and educators.
- A daily automated scan of organizer websites that finds candidate sessions.
How listings are reviewed
- Nothing found automatically is published without a person approving it.
- Dates, times and prices are taken from the organizer's page. When a time cannot be confirmed, the listing says "Time unconfirmed".
- Prices are labeled exactly: "Free" only when anyone can attend at no cost; otherwise "Free for members", "Free · paid credit optional" or the price.
- We never publish raw meeting links; we link to the organizer's registration page instead.
- We do not write fake descriptions, speakers or dates. Suggested data fixes go to a review queue and are applied only after approval.
Sponsored placements
Organizers can pay to be featured. Paid placements are labeled "Featured" wherever they appear, including the homepage carousel and the organizer directory. Sponsorship affects position only — never the facts, price labels or reviews of a listing.
Corrections
Anyone can request a correction. We review every request and update the listing when the organizer's page confirms the change. Organizers who claim their profile can submit edits directly; those are also reviewed.
