These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of k12webinars.com and related services (the "Site"), operated by K-12 Network Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

About the Site

K-12 Webinars is a free chronological calendar of upcoming K-12 online professional learning sessions, with directories of organizers and speakers. Listings are gathered from public sources and submissions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listed webinar, and we are not responsible for the content or delivery of sessions hosted by third parties.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Submissions and profile claims

When you submit a webinar listing or claim an organizer or speaker profile, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that the information is accurate. Submitted content is reviewed before publication. We may edit, decline, or remove submissions at our discretion. Published listings become part of the public K-12 Webinars directory and may remain as a historical record.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Site to submit false, misleading, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
• Do not scrape, copy, or redistribute listings at scale without permission.
• Do not use the Site to send unsolicited communications.

Third-party services

The Site links to external registration pages and organizer websites. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not a party to those relationships and bear no responsibility for them.

Intellectual property

The Site's design, structure, and original editorial content (including roundups and topic hubs) are owned by K-12 Network Inc. Organizer names, logos, and webinar descriptions remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed as provided or as available from public sources.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings are accurate or current. Verify all webinar details directly with the organizer before registering.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, K-12 Network Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
