Participants can expect to critique the key components of the School Leader Evaluation Plan , analyze strategies to move beyond compliance-oriented thinking to using this tool as a powerful tool for professional growth, and create an authentic plan to connect the evaluation plan to the unique goals, priorities and context of their school/district.
