This academy takes the key components of the Illinois School Leader Evaluation Plan and puts them into action to empower you and your team. Participants can expect to critique the key components of the School Leader Evaluation Plan , analyze strategies to move beyond compliance-oriented thinking to using this tool as a powerful tool for professional growth, and create an authentic plan to connect the evaluation plan to the unique goals, priorities and context of their school/district.
