Join us in the 2026-2027 school year and learn about all things Transition Services! The 2026-2027 Transition Network provides a system of communication and collaboration to the districts and charter schools in Region 13, aiming to support educators working in the field of special education through providing information, resources, training opportunities and supports in the area of Transition Services. Virtual Transition Network meetings will be held four times a year. There will also be an online Canvas course connected to the 2026-2027 Transition Network where information can be accessed before, during, and after Transition Network meetings throughout the school year.
