School leaders are required to wear numerous hats and keep multiple plates spinning simultaneously, which can be overwhelming to even seasoned administrators. This academy will provide participants with a leadership framework that simplifies the myriad of leadership expectations into two primary roles. Administrators who lead as Connected Drivers will relationally connect with staff to build a strong culture and strategically lead teachers in driving student achievement growth. Participants will leave this academy with a number of useful strategies and practices to develop both these aspects of educational leadership. Non-member registration: $335; IPA members: $235; retired IPA members: $135. Eligible non-administrative staff: $235. Group rates are available. Published time zone is not specified; the displayed conversion uses Central Time and must be confirmed with the organizer.
