School leadership matters - we know this. But to lead others effectively, school leaders must first lead themselves well. That's why the IPA developed the School Leader Paradigm : a comprehensive leadership framework that addresses not only the work school leaders do but also the essential competencies and attributes they must possess and demonstrate to succeed. If you are interested in learning more about the Paradigm and exploring the many published resources built around it, join us for this Academy. Through thoughtful reflection, engaging dialogue, and meaningful connections, you'll discover how school leaders can move from a constant state of "becoming" to confidently "doing" the work of leadership.
