Third session of the Advanced Practices series. High-functioning school-based behavioral health teams depend on clear roles, shared leadership and strong collaborative norms. This session offers frameworks for effective team communication, data-driven decision-making, critical incident planning, and navigating the interpersonal challenges that arise in any team setting.
