In order to successfully lead our schools we first need to lead ourselves. This academy will provide insight and tips on effectively leading oneself to lead others. Participants will examine the nine strategies for self-leadership; identify self-leadership strategies with high leverage for school leaders; critique areas of weakness in self-leadership for school leaders; and analyze impacts of effective personal leadership skills on school settings. Non-member registration: $335; IPA members: $235; retired IPA members: $135. Eligible non-administrative staff: $235. Group rates are available.
