Supporting Beginning Teachers Virtual Workshop

A two-part virtual workshop (October 22 and October 29, 2026, 2–5 p.m. ET) for leaders, coaches, and mentors on what new teachers need most and the research-aligned practices that support them. Participants explore the foundational research on teacher induction, the key components of strong mentoring relationships, emotional and instructional support strategies, and how to frame that support within a common language of instruction through goal setting, focused practice, and focused feedback.
