Problem behaviors at school have increased significantly since pre-pandemic levels, and many students remain developmentally behind in socialization, self-regulation and executive functioning. In this session participants explore evidence-based positive behavior support techniques: maximizing class structure with clear expectations, routines and procedures; acknowledging appropriate behavior; and establishing a continuum of consistent responses for misbehavior.
