Join Avelira Rodriguez Gonzalez for an inspiring and deeply personal leadership experience centered on healing, culture, courage, and purpose-driven impact. Through powerful storytelling, reflective activities, and authentic conversations, participants are challenged to honor their identity, embrace vulnerability, and "change the narrative" in both life and leadership. This academy reminds participants that leadership begins with empathy, relationships, and the courage to speak your truth. A moving call to action, "For Grace's Sake" empowers individuals to lead with love, set boundaries, and become a beacon of light within their communities. Participants will learn strategies for leading with empathy, setting healthy boundaries, amplifying their voice, and creating positive impact within their schools, workplaces, and communities. Non-member registration: $335; IPA members: $235; retired IPA members: $135. Eligible non-administrative staff: $235. Group rates are available.
