Leading Professional Learning Communities (PLCs)

The session will focus on how to create a student-centered culture, collaboratively build and get passionate agreement on mission, vision and S.M.A.R.T. goals, and help teachers to achieve high functioning data teams that improve student learning and achievement. This session will give leaders specific ideas and practical tools to improve culture, teacher and team performance and student learning.
