We've heard it a million times... the most important thing for leaders to understand and attend to are relationships, relationships, relationships! TRUE! This academy draws from the critical components of the School Leader Paradigm that directly support relationship-building and effective change management. Participants will honestly assess their personal strengths and areas for growth as relational leader, identifying specific behaviors, habits or tendencies that either build or erode trust. To pull it all together, participants will create an authentic plan of action to strengthen their relationships building skills through differentiated strategies for each stakeholder group. Non-member registration: $335; IPA members: $235; retired IPA members: $135. Eligible non-administrative staff: $235. Group rates are available. Published time zone is not specified; the displayed conversion uses Central Time and must be confirmed with the organizer.
