Interdisciplinary Approaches to Teaching the Declaration of Independence

Humanities Texas webinar for both social studies and English language arts teachers on interdisciplinary approaches to teaching the Declaration of Independence. Participants will explore ways to help students learn about the Revolutionary era through selected founding-era primary sources while building skills for the future. Content is aligned with the TEKS and emphasizes effective pedagogical strategies. Free for teachers and their schools; participants receive CPE credit and curricular materials.
