This academy will introduce you to inquiry as a continuous improvement tool for personal, professional, and organizational growth and engage you in the step-by-step development of your own professional growth plan. This course is appropriate for any of the following types of leaders: lead teachers, department/grade level chairs, program directors, deans, assistant principals, school/district leadership teams, district leaders, assistant superintendents, superintendents, and similar leaders of other types of organizations. Non-member registration: $335; IPA members: $235; retired IPA members: $135. Eligible non-administrative staff: $235. Group rates are available.
