Hope is essential to effective school leadership and a healthy school culture. Participants can expect to synthesize the science behind hope; critique "Intelligence Attributes" and "Dimensions" of the School Leader Paradigm that support the cultivation of hope; assess their own practices and determine if they are cultivating hope or destroying it; and create an action plan to integrate hope-cultivating practices into their daily leadership work. Non-member registration: $335; IPA members: $235; retired IPA members: $135. Eligible non-administrative staff: $235. Group rates are available. Published time zone is not specified; the displayed conversion uses Central Time and must be confirmed with the organizer.
