This administrator academy empowers school and district leaders to take charge, fostering a culture of continuous improvement through transformational leadership and the inquiry cycle. Participants will analyze the essential skills and leadership domains that drive meaningful change, critique and synthesize the inquiry cycle as a powerful tool for advancement, and develop action plans that lead to measurable improvements.
