Joanna Haugland is Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of Visitor Aware. In this role she leads market research, marketing, and sales strategy for the visitor management and campus movement product. Her role centers on customer satisfaction, connecting with clients to make sure every decision reflects the needs of the schools and organizations Visitor Aware serves. Joanna works closely with clients, gathering the feedback that steers product development, as she provides direction to the product development team. Her career spans engineering, product management, and inside sales, giving her a well-rounded perspective that informs how she builds and positions the product today. Joanna attended Southwestern Community College in Iowa and earned her bachelor's degree in engineering from Iowa State University. She is grateful for the opportunity to help improve school safety and to work for Singlewire Software, an organization with critical communication, incident management, and campus movement solutions to help enhance safety, streamline communication, and manage critical incidents seamlessly.
