This comprehensive four-part professional learning series is designed to provide district leaders with a thorough understanding of New Jersey school finance—from the foundational principles of how school funding works to the practical application of budgeting, financial planning, fiscal accountability, and long-range decision-making. Each session is presented by Mr. Tony Trongone, NJASA Past President, Superintendent (Retired) Millville Public Schools, Executive Director - Great Schools of New Jersey. Sessions are held virtually via Zoom. Free for active NJASA Administrator Members; non-member price $125 per session.
