Humanities Texas webinar considering the ethical implications of AI use in the secondary-level humanities classroom and how teachers and students can critically engage with AI. Participants will gain access to resources on how to discuss AI resistance with students by privileging ethical considerations while making space for exploration and experimentation. Content is aligned with the TEKS and emphasizes effective pedagogical strategies. Free for teachers and their schools; participants receive CPE credit and curricular materials. Led by Amanda Licastro (Swarthmore College). Open to secondary-level humanities teachers in Texas schools.
