Connecting Students to Community Support: Understanding CRCGs

School districts often support students whose needs extend beyond what schools can address alone. Community Resource Coordination Groups (CRCGs) bring together community partners to coordinate services and identify resources for children, youth and families with multiple or complex needs. This virtual session introduces school personnel to the role of their local CRCG, when a referral may be appropriate, and practical strategies for strengthening collaboration between schools and community partners.
